Let me tell you, 2019 was a year of so many ups and downs, ins and outs, lessons, and moments. It was a year of CHANGE. The studio started out the year quite literally, homeless, when we received a 60 day notice that our old building was being completely gutted, and all tenants needed to leave. We found our new home in the incredible Mills 58 community in Peabody (funny enough, I had looked at our exact space almost a year prior, but couldn’t envision it with all the renovations going on in the building). Our new studio is everything we could have dreamed of – exposed brick, character, and so many windows. In just 11 short days, we wrapped up our last shoot in our old space, packed it all up, and fully renovated our new space from floor to ceiling for our first client! To say it was a blur is the understatement of the decade. We had our official grand opening in March, where over 50 incredible people helped us open the doors to a space where women feel safe, empowered, beautiful, and SEEN.

Our new studio is everything we could have imagined, and more. We’ve seen so many women enter these four walls (we’ve photographed over 60 women in just the past 9 months!). We’ve seen moms, grandmothers, daughters, and friends. We’ve seen nurses, teachers, doctors, stay at home moms, accountants, and business women. We’ve seen women who want to reclaim their bodies after a really tough situation, and women who want to celebrate how amazing they feel after a huge success. We’ve seen all different ages, shapes, sizes, colors, and orientations. But most of all, we’ve seen women leave our space with a new found sense of confidence, ready to take on the next chapter in their lives, whatever that may bring. While we can’t share everyone’s images (our clients are in complete control over whether or not their images are shared!), here are our top 100 from 2019!

And we for one, cannot WAIT to see what the next year will bring – let’s do it! Make 2020 your year!
